EULA - End User License Agreement

All copyrights to Instant Demo are exclusively owned by NetPlay Software.

The term 'Instant Demo' refers to both the registered and unregistered versions of the software unless otherwise specified.

The unregistered version of Instant Demo is shareware and may be freely distributed in it's original format. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Instant Demo without written permission from NetPlay Software.

Instant Demo is distributed "AS IS" and you (the "Licensee") assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Instant Demo and any results obtained.

NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the complete Instant Demo software package and, with respect thereto, NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing Instant Demo including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE INSTANT DEMO AT YOUR OWN RISK. NETPLAY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by NetPlay Software.

The terms of this licence, as well as the appearance and design of Instant Demo are subjects of change in future versions of Instant Demo.

Installing and/or using Instant Demo signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove the Instant Demo files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
